This show can change lives. If you or someone you love has been through a traumatic experience, from having been in a car accident or an operation, to having lived through ongoing childhood abuse, you’ll want to listen to this program to learn how and why trauma is held in the body and what can be done about it.

Our guest, Peter Levine shares what he’s learned from decades of trauma research, along with information from his newest book, In an Unspoken Voice: How the Body Releases Trauma and Restores Goodness.
