Jay Holcomb is the executive director of the International Bird Rescue Research Center (IBRRC), which has been working with Tri-State Bird Rescue to help oiled wildlife in the Gulf of Mexico’s BP Deep Horizon oil spill disaster. A world leader in oiled wildlife recovery and care, Jay has 40 years experience in the field of working with seabirds, land birds, and mammals as well as birds of prey.
